At Velasca, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Italian craftsmanship; therefore, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or size exchange. Please ensure products are in their original condition, including the blue box and all protective packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back in their original Velasca box and secure them within the shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
